THE BUZZ: Jon Kasdan (son of Lawrence, and slightly-less-prolific brother of Jake), offers up what seems to be an idealized, look at two young people who are considering losing their virginity. The leads are cute and already teen-approved -- including a turn for the otherwise good-girl Victoria Justice -- so I imagine plenty of people will see this in time, but there's a whisper buried within this lite-indie soundtrack that reminds me that John Hughes is no longer with us, and few writer/directors have come close to matching his enduring themes and tones.
